By accessing, registering with, or utilizing Aethriss AI(the “Platform”, “Service”, or “we”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an employer, client, or corporate entity, you affirm you possess legal authority to bind said entity.

2. Platform Capabilities & Automated AI Operations

Aethriss AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our AI-powered marketing suite, which comprises autonomous agents executing:

• Autonomous website crawling and SEO health analysis.
• Content ideation, long-form copy generation, and ad campaign strategy creation.
• Competitor positioning intelligence and market analysis.
• Automated marketing workflow sequencing and task scheduling.

3. Account Integrity & Security

You must supply accurate identification details when creating a workspace. You are exclusively liable for all actions conducted through your workspace credentials. In the event of unauthorized access, notify our team promptly at support@aethriss.ai.

4. Intellectual Property & AI Ownership Rights

Your Input Data: You retain full title, ownership, and copyright over all brand materials, logos, domains, and business descriptions provided to the Platform.

Generated Outputs: Subject to full compliance with platform payment obligations, all marketing copies, campaign strategies, and audit reports generated by Aethriss AI for your account belong to you for commercial and non-commercial application.

Platform IP: Aethriss AI retains all proprietary rights, algorithms, user interface systems, and backend software architecture.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform to:

• Generate misleading, unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Disrupt or degrade the infrastructure performance of our cloud clusters.
• Attempt to extract or duplicate our proprietary AI agents and prompting frameworks.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, & Billing

Platform usage is governed by subscription plans and credit allocations. Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations may be executed at any time from the workspace billing panel. Unused promotional credits are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Aethriss AI strives to deliver high-quality marketing automation; however, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific organic ranking positions or ad conversion rates. Under no circumstances shall Aethriss AI be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
